SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
At MSB Distribution, we pride ourselves in our integrity to only ship you products in good condition. Each item is thoroughly inspected for irregularity and damage before packing. We utilise premium packing protection to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition. As part of our product freshness guarantee, each product shipped to you will have a minimum shelf life of six months, unless otherwise stated.
All products are shipped to the address supplied in your order. We shall not be held liable for non-receipt of your order due to error on your part. Please ensure orders placed are accurate. No exchange of product(s) shall be entertained under any circumstance. Any failure in delivery due to no one available to receive your parcel at your given address may be subject to a redelivery charge if parcel is returned to us. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure your health and safety, we do not offer returns or refunds. Cancellations after payment is made shall be subject to a 3% transaction fee.
We only ship to addresses in Malaysia* and Singapore. Orders received and paid before 12:00pm on a working day (Mondays through Fridays, except state and public holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm on a working day will be shipped on the next working day. Shipping transit within Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore may require 5–7 working days. Shipments to Sabah and Sarawak may require up to 10 working days. Delays in delivery may arise due to circumstances beyond our control and shall be made good at the earliest possible opportunity. No refund for delay in delivery shall be entertained. Free shipping does not apply to all products—please check with us before ordering. Next Day Delivery Guaranteed applies only to orders received before 12:00pm on a working day (Mondays through Fridays, except state and public holidays). Orders received after 12:00pm on a working day with Next Day Delivery Guaranteed shipping option will be shipped on the next working day.
If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact us at email@example.com. In the unlikely event of an order lost in transit, an identical replacement shall be shipped out at no cost to you upon verification with our delivery partners. Non-receipt claims exceeding 14 working days from date of order shall not be entitled to any compensation.
* We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and FELDA areas. Orders placed with shipping instructions to P.O. Boxes and FELDA areas shall not be entitled to refunds.
